Handmade stoneware bottle in brown

Produced in the potter's wheel in sandstone paste. The final cooking is above 1200ºC in reducing atmospheres.

The glazes used, also produced by the own, have oriental inspiration. They all contain wood ashes that are used as fluxes. (Celadons and tenmokus) are names of glazes from the east (China Korea and Japan). They use iron as a dye. In celadons is a minimum percentage, up to 2%, in tenmokus up to 18% which allows to have wonderful color variations in the final results.

The piece is unique. It represent human effort and its craftsmanship, the

mastery of knowledge. The whole process is sustainable.
