V.4 Aged Vinegar

To complement our brand’s organic olive oil products, we searched for a 100% natural wine vinegar with acidity and character, made for exalting the palate of tasty dishes, but also to be used in salads or to accompany our Occidens olive oils.

This red wine vinegar, aged in wood and produced exclusively from Alentejo’s organic grapes, of the "Touriga Nacional” and "Tinta Roriz” varieties, it differentiates itself by its refined "bouquet”. This is a high-quality, certified product with a maximum acidity of 6%.
